Adaptability and solution-solving are essential elements of our business. The recent baseball diamond project at Brookdale Road Reserve required our team to pull out all the stops using their skills, experience and knowledge to make the project work.

We reached groundwater when we initially started to drill core holes for each of the ten light poles. So our team needed to pivot to provide a suitable alternative solution to keep the project moving forward on schedule. We switched to pad footing – engineering the design, building the cages, digging the footings and pouring the concrete in the span of 3 weeks!

Once the pad footing was installed, the 350 lux lighting system was added. Shared across the senior and junior baseball diamonds in Point Cook, the ten 25m and 30m poles with 36 Philips LED Optivision fittings will ensure no ball is missed.

Now day or night, the players will be able to keep their eyes (and gloves) on the ball.
